The stay at Encantada Tulum was a dream come true! We loved our spacious Garden View Room, featuring a super comfortable bed and an inviting ambiance. The staff was incredibly attentive, always remembering our names and greeting us with a smile. We especially enjoyed the ability to order delicious food to our beach chairs and the pool. The hotel's intimate vibe provided a perfect escape, making it feel like our own little paradise.

Perfect getaway for couples
We really loved how they took care of every detail. the staff left a bottle of champagne in our room for our special occasion, it made us feel so welcomed! also, the breakfast was exceptional, and they brought it up to our balcony so we could enjoy it with the ocean view.
